What sets Animaker apart from a traditional agency?
Most audiovisual production companies deliver video, photo, animation and stop there. Animaker develops solutions: sites with embedded AI, e-learning platforms, custom SaaS, marketing automations. When a project calls for tech, we build it with the same team — no outsourcing. Creative production and digital development sit at the same table.
How long does an Animaker project take?
Depends on scope: a short brand film ships in 3–6 weeks; a digital platform with AI in 2–6 months. In the first call we align a realistic timeline before any proposal.
How do you use AI in production?
AI accelerates tasks where it brings real gain — pre-visualisation, variation generation, post-production automation, semantic content search. Creative decisions remain human and transparency is total: you know where AI entered and why.
Do you work outside São Paulo?
Yes. We're based in São Paulo but we serve all of Brazil and part of Latin America. Video and photo shoots require travel; everything else runs remotely with the same quality.
How does pricing work?
We don't sell ready-made packages. Each proposal is custom-built after the briefing — we present scope, timeline, deliverables and investment in a single document, no fine print.
Do you sign contracts and NDAs?
Always. Contract with clear scope, deadlines, deliverables and IP ownership. NDA before even the proposal if you need to share sensitive information.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's fine. The first conversation exists to understand the problem before the solution. We leave with an honest diagnosis — sometimes the best answer is a smaller scope than you imagined.
Who handles my project?
Every project has a senior lead as your single point of contact. Small team by choice — no junior handoff, no waiting queue. When we need a specialist (drone, AI, branding), we bring in a vetted partner.
How many revision rounds are included?
Defined in the contract — usually 2 to 3 rounds per phase, enough to settle what matters. Scope changes (not detail tweaks) become a clear addendum, never a billing surprise.
Who owns the final files?
You do. All intellectual property of deliverables transfers to your company upon payment — videos, photos, website source code, editorial artwork. We keep raw files for 12 months for any future revision.
Can I hire just part of the scope?
Yes. We don't require the full package. If you only need scripting, branding, or post-production, we'll propose just that. The three pillars work together but each stands alone when it makes sense.
