Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 27, 2026

Animaker Produções is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of assistive technology, device, or ability. This statement describes our commitment, the features we have implemented, and known limitations.

1. Our commitment

We target level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, considered the international standard. We apply accessibility principles from design through implementation, and revisit the standards at each new phase of the site's evolution.

2. Supported technologies

The site is designed to work with the most widely used technologies today:

  • Modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge in the latest two stable versions.
  • Screen readers: NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android), and JAWS.
  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, arrow keys).
  • Zoom up to 200% with no loss of functionality or content.

3. Features implemented

Features currently implemented to ensure accessibility:

  • "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
  • Semantic heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3).
  • Descriptive alternative text on all informative images.
  • Minimum contrast of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Visible focus indicator on all interactive elements.
  • Touch targets of at least 24 × 24 pixels on mobile devices.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion preference: animations are suppressed when the operating system signals this preference.
  • Forms with associated labels, clear error messages, and accessible validation.
  • Responsive structure that adapts content to different screen sizes.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may have limitations:

  • Videos embedded via YouTube and Vimeo depend on the accessibility of those services' players, which we do not directly control. We always provide a descriptive title and, when available, transcripts or captions.
  • Google Maps iframes and 360° virtual tours are not fully accessible to screen readers; we describe the content via surrounding title and alt text.
  • CMS content published by third parties may occasionally not follow the defined standards; we review manually before publishing and adjust when reported.

5. Feedback channel

If you encounter any accessibility barrier or have suggestions to help us improve, please write to acessibilidade@animaker.com.br. We will respond within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, with an action plan when the fix is feasible.

6. Last audit and next steps

We conduct ongoing internal review during development of the new site. The first formal external audit is planned for after the full public launch, with subsequent six-month reviews. We maintain an internal backlog of accessibility items and prioritize fixes by impact.
