Common questions
Creative production — what people ask.
How many edit rounds are included?
Two rounds of revisions included in scope, plus cuts for each channel (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5). Extra rounds become a pre-agreed change order.
Do you bring your own team or subcontract?
Core team is in-house (direction, editing, motion, photography). On larger projects we add senior freelance partners — but technical responsibility stays with Animaker.
Can we shoot at my location?
Sure. We scout for light, acoustics and infrastructure beforehand. If the location would hurt quality we suggest an alternative before the shoot.
Do you shoot outside São Paulo?
Yes. Capture happens wherever the project needs — travel, lodging and transport go into the budget transparently.
How does drone capture work?
ANAC-certified pilot, our own gear (DJI Mavic 3 and Inspire), insurance and flight authorisation where required. Technical briefing in advance to map airspace restrictions.
